Brighton & Hove Council sends smartphone-free letter to all parents

Brighton & Hove Council has sent a letter to the city's schools, addressed to all parents, outlining two key messages:

Brighton & Hove City Council fully supports schools in Brighton & Hove which decide to become smartphone free.
The council asks that families help them by signing up and agreeing not to provide a smartphone until their child is 14.
